Location: Gordonsville, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Status: Seasonal |Non - Excempt
Hourly Payrate: $16.00
Benefits: Not eligible during the seasonal period
FM Expressions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to support daily operations within our FMX production department. As an FMX Production Associate, you will assist with cutting transfer films, preparing kittings, catching transfers from the FMX press, and completing various production tasks to maintain workflow efficiency and product quality.
This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a full-time role with benefits based on performance, training completion, and work quality.
Cut printed FMX transfers using rotary cutter equipment
Catch and organize transfers at the end of the FMX press machine
Assemble accurate and organized kits
Inspect films for defects, color accuracy, and proper alignment
Follow daily production schedules and meet deadlines
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE as needed.
Assist in additional tasks assigned by the FMX team
Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to bend, reach overhead, twist, and pull materials
Able to visually inspect small print and equipment
Basic computer knowledge for locating job information and simple data entry
Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
Well-lit, ventilated facilities
Moderate to loud noise levels
Fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Occasional exposure to machinery, heat, cold, or fumes
Safety-focused operations
