Production Associate

Join Our Team as a Production Associate!

Location: Secaucus, NJ
Schedules Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Position Type: Full-time

We are hiring Production Associates to support our printing operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where team members are placed in key areas such as Material Handling, Unloading, or Quality Control based on business needs and individual strengths.

This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily production operations in a printing/manufacturing environment
  • Handle, move, load, and unload materials and finished products
  • Assist with basic setup and operation of production equipment
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met
  • Identify and report production or quality issues to supervisors
  • Maintain accurate counts and assist with basic inventory tracking
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe following 6S standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment usage guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to follow instructions with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to visually inspect small print and color details.

  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Previous quality control or production experience is preferred but not required.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, warehouse, or production preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple production roles.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
